How It Works
What to expect
We apply a behavioral science lens alongside intuitive eating principles — drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), behavioral activation, and values clarification. We are not certified intuitive eating counselors, but use this framework as one tool within a broader behavioral approach.
We collaborate with fitness and wellness professionals when appropriate to provide well-rounded support.
Sessions are available individually and in group format.
We start where you are, with no judgment and no agenda beyond your own wellbeing.
